Since I'm not a single minded idiot, I think the new update is a step forward in the right direction for xbox live. I no long have kinect adds flooding my tv everyone I log on. Everything is more fluent and less of a head ache. The voice bing feature is something i have yet to play around with but I hear good things.
@Somebody- the US has already reported that this wasn't the newest spy Tech we have and that this model was prone to malfunctions like this.

Microsoft put soft in hardcore last year with vary little change this year. But from an investment stand point this was a smart decision they know hardcore gamers will research and find out about core games. kinect titles and casual gamers are different and in this they need more catering to which sucks for core gamers. oh well Xbox now has MGS HD collection, The witcher 2, and Insomniac's new IP.
